Computer controlled mashing device.
The device provides the following preprogrammed analysis routines:
Congress analysis and all Hartong analyses.
With up to 6 further mashing programs of your choice, you can experiment with temperature, time and temperature gradient.
All that up to around 92 degrees C.
These 6 programs can be saved and exchanged.
The PC version offers an unlimited number of user-selectable programs.
For all sequences, the time and temperature characteristics of the analysis are shown in the display (or on the PC, for the PC version).
In addition, the analysis sequence can optionally be displayed, stored and printed. The device is especially well suited for determining the final fermentation of the wort or beer within 3 hours, modified according to Horst Lochner.
